These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms", "Terms of Service", or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and h3bet (the "Company", "Platformwe", "us", or "our"), operating through the domainh3bet.casa.

By accessing the h3bet website, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any service made available through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the h3bet platform. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Registration and use of the h3bet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• Age: You must be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active. h3bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Territory. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing h3bet is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal disability or guardianship are not permitted to register.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on h3bet at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through a nominee — is strictly prohibited.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close associate of h3bet or any of its affiliated gaming studios, payment providers, or technology partners.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. h3bet accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

To access the gaming and betting services offered by h3bet, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration, you are required to provide certain personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile telephone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and h3bet shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

h3bet operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. All Account Holders are required to complete full identity verification before making withdrawals above RM500. Acceptable identification documents include:

• Valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back)
• Valid Malaysian Passport (photo page)
• Valid Malaysian Driver's Licence
• Proof of current residential address — utility bill (TNB, Syabas, IWK) or bank statement dated within three (3) months
• Facial photograph or selfie holding the submitted identity document

h3bet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required for AML compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and temporary restriction of withdrawals pending verification.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, h3bet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting entertainment purposes only.

You agree that your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk and that all bets and gaming sessions are conducted at your sole discretion. h3bet makes no representation or warranty that any particular outcome, result, or level of financial return will be achieved through use of the Platform. Past performance of any game, sports market, or betting line is not indicative of future results.

You specifically agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to h3bet or any third party;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any software component of the Platform;
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity;
• Use a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• Make any public statement that misrepresents your relationship with h3bet or disparages the Platform in a materially false or misleading manner.

h3bet accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified:

• FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks)
• DuitNow Instant Transfer
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT)

The minimum deposit amount is RM10. Deposits are generally credited to your Account wallet in real time or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. h3bet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which h3bet accepts no responsibility.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. h3bet does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposits received from payment methods not belonging to the registered Account Holder will be refunded and the Account investigated for potential breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. h3bet targets a processing time of under three (3) minutes for standard withdrawal requests submitted during normal banking hours, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your Account has passed full KYC verification;
• There are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements applicable to the funds you wish to withdraw;
• Your Account is in good standing with no active compliance investigations;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable single-transaction or daily withdrawal limit.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have formally requested and received approval from our compliance team to use an alternative method. h3bet may require additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that deviate from established account patterns.

Where a withdrawal request is declined or delayed due to an incomplete KYC process, h3bet will notify you via your registered email address with instructions for completing the required verification. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements have been fully met.

h3bet operates a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referal rewards, and VIP loyalty tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all h3bet bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to one account person, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and related wagering requirements will expire at the end of the specified period.
• h3bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games or bet types specified in the relevant promotion. Bets placed on excluded games or markets will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Where h3bet identifies that a promotion has been claimed in bad faith, through coordinated activity, or in breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel related winings, and close the Account.

All bets placed on the h3bet platform are subject to the applicable game or sports betting rules, which are available within the relevant game interface or sports betting section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the conduct and outcome of that game.

h3bet reserves the right to void any bet, or series of bets, where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Technical or human error in the display of odds, lines, or game outcomes;
• Exploitation of a manifest pricing error or obvious system malfunction;
• Breach of these Terms or the applicable game rules by the Account Holder;
• Match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or use of insider information in connection with any sports bet.

All sports betting markets on h3bet — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other supported markets — are subject to official competition results as recognised by the relevant governing body. h3bet is not responsible for third-party data feed errors and reserves the right to settle markets upon confirmation of official results.

The following conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of associated funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent misrepresentation — providing false identity, age, or address information at any stage of the registration or KYC process;
• Money laundering — using the h3bet platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities;
• Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or other forms of promotional misuse;
• Chargeback fraud — initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider after deposits have been credited to your Account and used for gaming;
• Account sharing — permitting any third party to access, operate, or place bets using your Account;
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or market;
• Use of prohibited software — employing betting bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to analyse or predict game outcomes in ways not available to ordinary users.

h3bet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment and should never be considered a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

All content on the h3bet platform — including but not limited to the h3bet brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software interfaces, game graphics, text, images, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of h3bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the h3bet platform without the prior written consent of h3bet. Unauthorised use of h3bet intellectual property may result in legal action.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transfering any intellectual property right or licence to you beyond the limited personal use licence described in Section 5.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h3bet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes, whether arising from game results, sports betting settlements, or promotional activity;
• Loss of data, Account access, or gaming sessions due to technical faults, system maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal disbursement caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or regulatory holds;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit h3bet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

h3bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, we will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date, and where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the h3bet platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of gaming and e-commerce law applicable to the jurisdiction under which h3bet operates.

Any dispute which cannot be resolved through h3bet's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution. h3bet's internal dispute resolution process involves submission of a formal written complaint to our support team, followed by a written response within five (5) business days.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
